This week's Pet of the Week was chosen by one of our amazing volunteers, Brooklyn Carraway, who is visiting family here in Texas from Georgia. While spending time loving on our shelter dogs, one special guy stole her heart...SHARK!
Brooklyn said she loved his goofy, energetic personality and how incredibly sweet he is.
So... why do we call him Shark?
Because this silly boy "swims" around his kennel in circles just like a shark circling the water! And with those unique markings, the name couldn't be more perfect.
But here's the truth... underneath all that energy is a loving dog who's just waiting for someone to give him a forever home.
