Born and raised in Norman, OK. Earned a BS in Engineering Physics at OU and an MBA at Harvard Business School. Earned a private pilot's license. Served 2 years in the Army as a computer systems analyst at the Pentagon. Worked for 10 years on Wall Street as an analyst and portfolio manager. Moved to Houston and served for 20 years as President of an institutional money manager. Married Donna Dyer in 2004 and retired to Mount Vernon in 2007. Served as an officer in several local organizations including 10 years with the Industrial Foundation. Have installed 192 duck boxes pro bono for Franklin County residents.
