Housing – we are currently working with a developer interested in new housing project in the city. It is in the very early stages, but the project looks promising and could add 20 – 30 homes to the city.
The EDC Board approved an incentive package for a business relocation to MV. Council will consider approval of the package at the next meeting. The Board and Council are also considering other incentive packages for existing business, which when approved will help them expand their workforce.
