Dr. Anna Ingram is Vice President for Instruction at Northeast Texas Community College, which serves the Mount Vernon community and the surrounding area. She previously taught English in Mount Vernon for 17 years, an experience that continues to shape her work in education. Drawing on her background in both K–12 and higher education, she will share information about educational programs and pathways for Mount Vernon students, including dual credit, as well as college programs that support regional workforce and transfer opportunities.
